At GripForge, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gripforge.team@yahoo.com with photo or video proof. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction.

- We do not require customers to return items
- Refunds/replacements are issued after review
